Since Alpha Beta chapter’s initial founding in 1923, Phi Mu has been an important part of Greek life at the University of Arkansas. With more than 1,000 initiates, Phi Mu has influenced the lives of numerous women and sustained them during some of the most formative years of their lives, creating and cultivating friendships that last a lifetime. Though the chapter has changed significantly over the decades, including the incredibly successful re-installation in 2012, the fundamental ideals of Phi Mu remain steadfast to this day.

Phi Mus over the years have dreamed of a new home in Fayetteville. Phi Mu National Fraternity has partnered with the University of Arkansas and CORE Architects of Rogers, AR to make that dream come true. Our new house at 792 W. Maple will accommodate our entire membership for meals and meetings, and many of our sisters will call it their home during the school year. There we will grow as scholars and as sisters. Construction on the house began in April 2017 and was finished just in time for recruitment in August 2018.
